Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days – Free for orders over $50, otherwise $5.99

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days – $12.99

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day – $24.99

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping:

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees for international orders will vary depending on the destination, and you will be notified at checkout.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot modify shipping addresses once the order has been placed.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please contact your local postal carrier.

Customs & Duties:

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping.
